Siddharth is an entrepreneur at heart, with a strong passion for Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Sentiment Analysis along with other upcoming next-gen technologies, especially in the field of HR. This passion, combined with his 18+ years of experience in Business HR, led him to be part of the conceptualization team of Stratemis HR Technologies. He envisions taking the HR function of an organization to the next level of evolution through extraordinary HR processes implemented with the help of technology without losing the most important aspect of HR, i.e. human touch. He is of the opinion that with the use of technology, the HR function will be more enabled to make an evidence based strategy for the organization.A Post-Graduate in HR & IT from Charles Sturt University and a management graduate specialized in International Business from Charles Sturt University, Siddharth has travelled a long way in the HR domain. His engagement with industry leaders has added on to his experiential learning, helping him bring HR processes into execution. He has a proven track record of HR Digital transformation in large and complex setups, roll out of AI enabled HR platforms in a matrix hierarchy environment and leading HR strategies effectively, especially in industries like IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Retail and Banking. He had last held the position of General Manager – HR for Quatrro Global Services, the parent group of Stratemis and has led large teams in HR Operations, Recruitment, Labor Compliance and HR Governance.
Pratyush is highly experience professional with over 23 years of experience in service industry. He had managed large teams in operations and instrumental in transition of medium and large projects globally i.e. United States, Australia and India. His domain of expertise are Technology, Sales and BFS. Pratyush is an engineering graduate and worked with Manufacturing sector before joining service industry. In his previous assignments he was responsible for Client Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Process Orientation, Business Strategy along with Employee Engagement for large and medium segments businesses. Pratyush is an assertive leader, his proficiency includes proven expertise in spearheading complex projects and executing large-scale programmes from concept to completion on time and on budget. Adept at creating and implementing strategies and transformation programmes aimed at company growth and optimizing operational performance. Proven ability to meet delivery SLAs and exceed quality expectations of customers while striving for optimum out-comes in a results-oriented setting. His Specialties includes Talent Management and people development, Setting up cutting edge processes and procedures besides an efficient operation management.
Abhishek is an avid professional, with over 22 years of technological experience in the field of IT/ITES. He has been associated with Stratemis since its inception, and proudly owns a portfolio of responsibilities coupling up with working closely with almost all management processes and practices. At Stratemis, besides customer success and service delivery, Abhishek also looks into Program Management, People Management, Training and Induction, Client Onboarding & Relations, Solutioning, Document Management, and Digital Marketing portfolio. With a Bachelor’s degree in technology and a diploma in Customer Relationship & Administration, Abhishek relentlessly proves to be a powerful asset to our organization, and so far, has delivered exceptionally well in numerous endeavors and business practices.

Aditya comes from a door to door B2B sales background after a direct marketing stint at one of the large IT companies based out of Hyderabad. All his life has been around Prospects, Customers and Customer Advocacy. If, you are dealing with him, you are dealing for Transparency and quality. Sales & Sales Operations, GTM Strategies, Direct Marketing and Processes is what accounts to his major career take up’s in the last 18 years to support revenue and growth for Startup’s. He credits his working style to the volunteer opportunities that knocked his door, either staying at jungles surveying for wildlife threats or walking on transact lines surveying wildlife prey population or volunteering for large games like Afro Asian games, Youth Employment Summit, World Military Games, National Games, Etc. Spiritually rooted individual with carrying dreams of spirituality in organizations through selflessness, devotion to build future ready cultures helping purpose oriented visions. Aditya builds processes and strategies at Stratemis to increase revenue across various national and international markets helping HR across various industries increase employee engagement and improve employee involvement.
Deepak has over 11 years of technological expertise in the field of IT/Software Development and comes from an engineering background. He has worked with Stratemis from its inception and is proud to have a portfolio of responsibilities that includes working closely with nearly all management processes and practises. Deepak oversees Program Management, Server, Security, Solutioning, Software Development & Deployment at Stratemis in addition to customer success and service delivery. Deepak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and has always proven to be a valuable asset to our corporation, delivering remarkably well in a variety of pursuits and business practises.
