It has assisted us in automating every potential task performed on a daily basis throughout the employee life cycle. The USP of this product is the customization that Stratemis will assist you with according to your needs. I believe that integrating all of the possible modules will help the HRMS work smoothly and efficiently. In my HR fraternity, I would strongly suggest this HRMS. Stratemis has a fantastic staff, with Pratyush, Abhishek, and Pranav as our main Spocs, we've had a smooth transition. I would rate Stratemis 8 out of 10.

Stratemis has actually been a game changer since the time we have deployed it and shifted from SAP HCM Module. Other than being a customizable and scalable product, the on-going support that we received from the team is phenomenal. Before Stratemis, we had to manually pull the data from different sources into the HR software. Stratemis made all the difference and seamlessly integrated with our existing system i.e. Azure SSO, Finance & Account to SAP. Our attendance management is now equipped with geofencing methodology. Another best part is that, for any sort of approval I don’t have login, but click on a linkI receive in my mail notification. The Travel & Expense module made our job easy wherein system allow us giving proxy to the peer or superior when you are not available. I thank to the support team for making this possible and being always available. Out of the box customization for meeting the requirement and consultative approach makes this awesome and worthy. I would rate 8 out of 10 when it comes to satisfaction. I already started recommending the product to my network.

An organization with a dedicated workforce who always ensures that customers are satisfied and their needs fulfilled. Stratemis is willing to customize as per our needs and provides support whenever needed. I did not come across any such pain areas. Pranav and Abhishek from Stratemis always made sure our problems are heard and best possible solutions are given. A very user-friendly system. Very easy to understand. The team assigned during the development stage (Pranav & Abhishek) are very knowledgeable and understanding folks. Always ready to help as and when needed even if this means post their working hours. Special callout to Pratyush, who has been able to provide us sound advice on some situations. Being an 8 year old organization, we are late boomers in the HR digital world. We are still in the implementation process. The expectation is that all our processes will become more efficient and robust with the implementation of Stratemis. We have recommended Stratemis to another organization and they found the system suitable and have already signed up for this solution. 9 on a 10 point scale. 10 on 10 for the company leadership for consistently providing us holistic advise.

Stratemis has been a good support to us for building a digital foundation for most of the activities we were doing manually earlier. Every organization has their own protocols and policies, and this application has been flexible enough to furnish most of the requirement as per the need of the organization. Just to give you an example, one of our complex domain is real time geo fence attendance which is punched from 1000+ locations, this has been handled seamlessly. For organization's who are looking for a flexible application, Stratemis can cater their needs. However, with the pace industry is moving, there are still areas where Stratemis can improve, and can make a strong presence. I would give it 7.5/10

The HRMS by Stratemis has the ability to change and transform the viewpoint o f HR functions. The software has taken us one step ahead of where the employee and the organization both have advantages of Smart HR functions where the software brings in more transparency, updated employee records and better connection between employee and management. The major painful area is the “report builder” which is much awaited. The reports, which the HR person must-have, this software is unable to provide. Another grey area is Leave management and its reports. I already started recommending this in my network. I would rate Stratemis 3.5/5.

As a prime member of HR department, it becomes very important to collate information of all the active and non-active employees of the company- From their on-boarding, attendance, documentation, payroll processing to de-boarding. With Stratemis, all these details fall in place. Every minute details required by any HR person is available in the product. It is very user-friendly. There are no improvements required as such according to me because whenever we have a new requirement, things are immediately developed and serviced to us. A highly recommended product for online HR services. I would like to rate Stratemis 4.5 out of 5.

It has most of the modules available of which payroll is one of them which takes minimal time to process payroll as compared to any other products experienced so far. Stratemis HR Technologies has helped us connect all our employees across different locations via an easy-to-use tool that allows managers to appraise their employees using a common competencies library. We now have a talent management process that will allow Asahi India Glass to identify its high potential employees across locations and create their road map using excellent Talent Management Suite provided by Stratemis. Stratemis as a platform would have all the HR employees connect plug points from hire to retire which is great to have in one kitty.
